Myth Movement Music Brand Pillars

These paired attitudes and states of being serve as the driving forces within the MMM umbrella. The first quality must be cultivated to access the elevated experiences of the second condition.

  • Cultivating Inclusivity, Empathy, Trust, and Supportive Community

Anekantavada, (अनेकान्तवाद) a Sanskrit principle meaning "non-one-endedness," emphasizes the diverse perceptions of reality, rejecting absolutism or singular perspectives. It encourages openness, tolerance, and acknowledges truth's multifaceted nature. It protects us from dogma and reminds us to listen for our intuition.

In practice, Anekantavada cultivates flexibility, empathy, and acceptance of differing perspectives, recognizing each as part of a complex truth.

Within Yoga, the ethical principles of yamas and niyamas guide our relationships, fostering connection and support among all sentient beings, rooted in diverse viewpoints.

  • Practing Reliability, Perseverance, Accountability, Excellence, and Loyalty

Abhyasa, (अभ्यास) meaning "practice" or "continuous effort" in Sanskrit, represents sustained dedication and disciplined practice. It embodies perseverance and consistent effort over time, essential for success in yoga and spiritual pursuits.

When paired with Vairagya (वैरघ्य) “non-attachment”, Abhyasa describes the path to a stable and tranquil mind. Together, they guide us towards progress in yoga through persistent practice and detachment.

  • Modeling Transparency, Alignment, Sincerity, Passion & Embodiment.

Satya, (सत्य) rooted in the Sanskrit word for "truth," embodies a core principle in yoga philosophy. It calls for transparency, alignment, and sincerity in our thoughts, words, and actions, resonating deeply with the essence of personal integrity and authenticity.

In yoga, Satya guides us to live in harmony with our true selves, fostering an authentic expression of our beliefs and values. This principle emphasizes the importance of aligning our inner state with our outward behavior, cultivating integrity and sincerity in every facet of life.

Beyond mere honesty, Satya encourages a profound commitment to truthfulness in all interactions, both with ourselves and with others. This dedication to authenticity is pivotal for personal growth and spiritual evolution on the yogic path.

By embracing Satya, we embark on a journey of passion and embodiment. Through honest self-expression and alignment with our deepest truths, we tap into a vital energy that propels us toward a profound experience of embodiment and fulfillment.
